All over iced Christmas cake. We have baked this wonderful cake using a traditional recipe packed with sultanas, cherries and nuts with a good dram of whisky. The white sugar paste icing and marzipan has been hand decorated to exacting standards and finished with a scattering of snowflakes. The cake is packed in a gift box with a beautiful Christmas label to make this the perfect Christmas cake.
