Important
All our cakes contain allergens: nuts, wheat, eggs and milk.
Please read the label on the cake to check the ingredients.
Quality
We pride ourselves in the quality of our cakes and we hope you enjoy them. If for any unlikely reason you are dissatisfied please do not hesitate to contact us on 07399 182943.
Damage
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage. If you have a complaint you must tell us as within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned goods we will fully investigate the circumstances and may elect to refund the purchase price or provide replacement goods at no cost to you.
Importing
Certain food items may be prohibited in a country to which they may be sent. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited. Also, some countries may levy an import tax or duty, which is beyond our control, and will have to be paid by the recipient on delivery of the parcel.
Remittance Terms
We ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation. In the event that your card is refused, we will e-mail you and ask you to supply another card or to contact your bank to arrange clearance. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to replace any cake if the one ordered is not available at the time of ordering.
Delivery Information
United Kingdom
Please allow 3-5 working days for cakes to arrive from date of order. Please allow a longer delivery time during busy periods, i.e. Christmas.
Orders with a value of £75.00 and over qualify for free standard delivery to one UK mainland addresses only. The offer excludes next day delivery, Highlands & Islands, all of Ireland the cost of delivering birthday and congratulations cakes.
The correct post code is vital for prompt delivery of your order and we do not pay any reimbursements for failed or late deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete post codes. If you are unsure of your postcode, call Royal Mail on this local-rate number, 08457 111222 between 9am and 5pm, or visit their website at www.royalmail.com
We cannot guarantee a particular delivery date unless next day delivery is paid. For next day delivery p&p is £8.95 excluding Saturday delivery.
For next day delivery you must order before 12 noon.
Next day deliveries ordered on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Note: If you want guaranteed Saturday delivery anywhere in the UK or next day delivery for the Highlands and Islands or all of Ireland please contact us on 07399 182943 for a quotation.
Overseas
For overseas the delivery method is by airmail (Royal Mail) or Parcelforce depending on the weight. Delivery is normally 3 to 5 working days although this can vary depending on the country.
UK & Overseas Postal Addresses
We do not take any responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box number. Please contact us on 07399 182943 to discuss alternative arrangements.
Cake Club
Cake Club is a monthly cake subscription giving you a choice of three packages: Afternoon Tea, Family Treats and Indulgence. The subscription will run for consecutive months and the Cake(s) will be shipped by standard postage each month.
Prices quoted are excluding Post & Packaging.
The choice of cakes will be made by The Simply Delicious Cake Co and will depend on availability or seasonality. Please give us a call on 07399 182943 if you have a special date in mind like a birthday or anniversary.
The subscription payment is by automatic monthly renewal. You will receive an email 7 days prior to the renewal date to confirm your monthly payment.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. This can be cancelled in your your account page. Please also remember to cancel your direct debit and note you need at least one working days notice before your next payment date. Alternatively you can call us on 07399 182943 to cancel.
